Common questions

Can’t find your answer? Email sales@dawnlitefrp.com, message us on WhatsApp, or send the enquiry form — we reply within one working day.

Can you match our existing metal roofing profile?

Yes. We produce 100+ profiles and can draft custom drawings from your sample or CAD file. Typical custom lead time is 5–7 working days from drawing approval.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Small custom orders and full export containers are both welcome. Different specifications can be mixed in one container to save shipping cost.

What thicknesses do you make?

Standard production is 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 mm with the industry-standard ±15% wet-forming tolerance. Heavier gauges up to 3.0 mm are made to order.

Which colours are available?

Clear (standard), blue, green and opal. Custom colours can be matched to RAL or Pantone references.

Can you provide flame-retardant FRP sheets?

Yes. Our fire-retardant series achieves oxygen index 26–32% and self-extinguishes after flame removal, for public and high-risk buildings.

What is the normal production time?

Standard profiles typically ship within 5–7 working days. Custom profiles add drawing approval time. Exact lead time is confirmed per order.

Can you support export packing and documents?

Yes. Seaworthy export packing with protective edges and clear labels, plus invoice, packing list and certificate of origin as standard. FOB, CIF and DDP terms.

Why is the thickness tolerance ±15%?

That is the industry-standard tolerance for wet-formed FRP sheet. Tighter tolerances would significantly raise cost without a meaningful performance benefit.

Do you supply test reports?

Barcol hardness (≥ 50), glass-fibre content (≥ 22%) and thickness values ship with the goods. Full GB/T 14206-2006 test data is available on request.
